Job summary

Ecorelicent in Vadodara, Gujarat, seeks a skilled Revit MEP/BIM Engineer to join our growing engineering team. The candidate will prepare detailed MEP drawings in Revit, develop and maintain 3D BIM models, and perform cross-disciplinary clash detection and coordination.

You will work with architectural and structural models and ensure proper Revit organization and standards. The role involves incorporating client comments, producing high-quality construction drawings, and participating in BIM

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience preparing MEP drawings using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform BIM coordination across multiple disciplines (M,E,P, Architecture, Structures).

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed MEP drawings and BIM models in Revit.
• Prepare Mechanical/HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical layouts based on engineering design information.
• Develop and maintain coordinated 3D MEP models.
• Perform BIM coordination and clash detection between Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical, Architectural, and Structural systems.
• Identify clashes and coordination issues and assist in developing practical solutions.
• Coordinate ductwork, piping, plumbing, electrical services, equipment, and other building systems within available ceiling and shaft spaces.
• Prepare coordinated plans, sections, elevations, schedules, and details from Revit models.
• Work with architectural and structural Revit models and linked files.
• Maintain proper Revit model organization, families, views, worksets, and project standards.
• Incorporate engineer/client comments and revise drawings accordingly.
• Assist the engineering team in producing accurate and high-quality construction and permit drawing sets.
• Participate in internal BIM coordination and project coordination meetings when required.
