We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior BIM Engineer MEP to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in BIM engineering with a focus on Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems, and if you are passionate about driving innovation in the industry, we invite you to be a part of our forward‑thinking team.

• Demonstrate expertise in working with a CDE platform such as ACC/BIM360.
• Utilize the platform for effective collaboration and project data management.
• Conduct clash detection for all trades and provide technical resolutions to clients.
• Address technical discrepancies in Architect drawings, particularly focusing on requirements like Shaft specifications.
• Ensure proper file setup and maintain comprehensive documentation.
• Initiate Requests for Information (RFI) in case of technical discrepancies in Architect drawings.
• Establish BIM‑integrated workflows to enhance project efficiency.
• Provide guidance and training to project team members on BIM processes.
• Review As‑Built Drawings to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project specifications.
• Coordinate and monitor all MEP modelling and drawing activities, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Water, Plumbing, Drainage, and Fire Fighting.
• Align activities with the program schedule to ensure a smooth flow of work and timely submission to the End Client.
• Extract MEP quantities from Revit models to support project estimating and analysis.
• Collaborate with Project Leads and Managers to ensure a seamless project delivery.
• Offer support in resolving technical challenges and optimizing project workflows.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards will be considered an added value to the profile.

Skills Preferred:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Extensive experience in BIM engineering, specifically in the MEP domain.Proficiency in working with CDE platforms such as ACC/BIM360.
• Strong clash detection skills and the ability to provide effective technical resolutions.
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to review As‑Built Drawings for correctness and completeness.
• Experience in coordinating and monitoring MEP modeling and drawing activities.
