Instellars Global Consulting is hiring for a Revenue Operations (RevOps) professional to build and optimize the revenue engine in Bengaluru. The role demands 4–8 years of RevOps/Sales Ops expertise within B2B IT services, technology, or SaaS sectors.

You will own dashboards, pipeline management, forecasting, CRM processes, and funnel performance while working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership. Proficiency with Zoho/Salesforce/HubSpot and strong analytics are required.

Formación

• 4–8 years in RevOps or GTM/Business Operations.
• B2B IT services / technology / SaaS experience.
• Hands-on with Zoho, Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Strong Excel, dashboards and analytics skills.
• Able to interpret metrics and drive action.
