Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation in India seeks a Revenue Manager to lead the department in line with corporate strategies and brand standards. You will oversee all revenue accounting, revenue streams, and recognition policies, while coordinating with sales, operations and marketing.

The role includes guiding two direct reports and delivering business best practices to the hotel. The ideal candidate has a university degree in Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism, an MBA is advantageous, and at least 2 years

Qualifications

• University degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management is preferred.
• MBA would be an asset for advanced strategy and leadership.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in Revenue Management or related marketing roles.
• Strong strategic orientation, problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's strategy and brand standards while meeting stakeholder expectations.
• Provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel.
• Oversee all technical accounting aspects of hotel revenue streams.
• Lead revenue recognition policy development and compliance.
• Interface with sales, operations and marketing; manage two direct reports.

You will be responsible forthe efficient running ofthe department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies andbrand standards, whilst meetingemployee, guest and owner expectations. The Revenue Manager is responsible to provide revenue accounting leadership and business best practices to the hotel. The Revenue Manager has responsibility for all technical accounting aspects of hotel's revenue streams. This role will provide key leadership surrounding the hotel's revenue recognition policies and will regularly interface with the sales, operations and marketing organizations. The Revenue Manager is also responsible for royalty accounting and invoicing, and has two direct reports.

Qualifications

Ideally with a university degree in Strategic Marketing or Hospitality/Tourism management. An MBA would be an asset. Minimum 2 years work experience as Revenue Manager, Marketing Manager, Marketing Analyst. Strategic orientation, as well as good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
