About the Role
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to take ownership of revenue performance across MyTravaly's growing network of hotels, hotel groups, strategic supply partners and distribution relationships.
The role will focus on maximizing bookings, room nights, GMV, revenue and inventory utilization by analyzing hotel availability, pricing, demand, market trends, conversion and distribution performance.
You will work with multiple hotel networks and strategic partners, managing revenue performance across large volumes of hotel inventory.
This is a data-driven commercial role requiring strong analytical ability, hotel distribution knowledge and a deep understanding of how hotel inventory is converted into bookings and revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue Management & Optimization
- Monitor and optimize hotel bookings, room nights, GMV and revenue.
- Analyze revenue performance across hotels, destinations, markets, room types and rate plans.
- Identify underperforming inventory and revenue opportunities.
- Develop strategies to improve booking conversion and revenue.
- Analyze pricing, demand, availability and booking trends.
- Recommend pricing and promotional strategies based on demand and market conditions.
- Identify revenue leakage and opportunities for incremental business.
Hotel Inventory Management
- Monitor hotel inventory, availability and booking performance.
- Ensure properties are active, bookable and commercially competitive.
- Identify inactive, unavailable or underperforming properties.
- Identify availability gaps that may result in lost bookings.
- Work with hotel partners and internal teams to improve inventory availability.
Distribution & Connectivity
- Monitor hotel distribution performance across MyTravaly's supply network.
- Work with API, Channel Manager, PMS and distribution integrations.
- Monitor property, room and rate-plan mapping.
- Identify rate, availability and inventory synchronization issues.
- Coordinate with Technology and Distribution teams to resolve connectivity problems.
- Analyze booking failures and identify their revenue impact.
Strategic Hotel Network Management
MyTravaly works with multiple hotel networks, hotel groups, aggregators and strategic supply partners.
The Revenue Manager will:
- Monitor the performance of each strategic hotel network.
- Compare performance across supply partners.
- Identify high-performing and underperforming networks.
- Develop revenue improvement strategies for each partner.
- Identify additional inventory opportunities.
- Coordinate with partner teams to improve availability, pricing and booking performance.
- Build strong commercial relationships with strategic supply partners.
Demand & Market Analysis
- Analyze hotel demand across destinations and markets.
- Identify high-demand destinations and travel periods.
- Monitor seasonality, weekends, holidays and major events.
- Analyze booking patterns and traveler behavior.
- Identify markets where additional inventory can generate incremental revenue.
- Recommend priority destinations and hotel inventory for activation.
- Monitor hotel pricing and rate competitiveness.
- Identify opportunities for rate optimization.
- Analyze the relationship between price, availability and conversion.
- Recommend promotions and pricing strategies where appropriate.
- Monitor market-level pricing trends.
- Work with supply partners to improve commercially competitive inventory.
Promotions & Revenue Growth
- Work with Marketing and Demand teams to develop revenue-generating campaigns.
- Identify hotels and destinations suitable for promotions.
- Recommend seasonal and destination-based campaigns.
- Analyze campaign performance and ROI.
- Develop strategies to generate incremental bookings and room nights.
- Continuously identify new revenue opportunities across the hotel network.
Data Analysis & Reporting
Develop and maintain revenue dashboards and performance reports covering:
- Bookings
- Room Nights
- GMV
- Revenue
- Average Booking Value
- ADR
- Conversion Rate
- Active Properties
- Booking Success Rate

Convert data into clear commercial recommendations and actions.

Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience inrevenue management, OTA, hotel distribution, travel technology, hospitality, e-commerce, marketplace or commercial analytics.
- Strong understanding of hotel pricing, inventory, availability and online distribution.
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset.
- Ability to work with large datasets and identify actionable revenue opportunities.
- Understanding of OTA, PMS, Channel Manager, Booking Engine and API-based hotel distribution.
- Strong understanding of hotel booking and distribution processes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hotel partners and supply networks simultaneously.

Which hotel network or destination has the highest revenue opportunity?
And most importantly:
What action should we take to increase bookings and revenue?
This role is ideal for someone who wants to build and manage revenue at thetravel-platform level, rather than managing revenue for a single hotel.
