Job summary

ICICI Lombard is seeking a tele-sales professional in Navi Mumbai to drive renewals, pitch renewal offers, and ensure timely payments. You will handle customer objections, explain policy benefits and pricing, and work toward retention KPIs.

The role involves accurate data entry in CRM and collaboration with the sales team. The position requires handling daily shifts, with 5 working days and rotating weekoffs.

• Meet daily/weekly/monthly KPIs for retention and renewal revenue.
• Data & CRM updates: log responses and payment statuses in systems.
• Team leadership (for manager roles): coach sales agents and monitor metrics.

Role & responsibilities

• Outbound Calling & Renewals: Contact existing motor, health, or general insurance policyholders before expiry to pitch renewal offers and secure timely payments.
• Objection Handling: Explain policy benefits, coverage additions, and address customer concerns or pricing complaints to prevent switching.
• Target Achievement: Meet daily, weekly, and monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) tied to retention percentages and renewal revenue.
• Data & CRM Updates: Accurately log customer responses, feedback, and payment statuses into the internal database or dialer systems.
• Team Leadership (for Manager roles): Oversee tele-sales agents, conduct daily coaching huddles, monitor call quality, and track login/productivity metrics.

Rotational shifts: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Any 9.5hrs)

* 5 Days working

* 2 rotational weekoffs
