Job summary
ICICI LOMBARD GENERAL INSURANCE in Navi Mumbai invites applications for a Telecaller. The role is 100% voice outbound, handling calls, understanding customer needs and explaining insurance products clearly to convert leads into sales.
Fresh graduates or HSC holders are welcome; basic insurance knowledge or sales experience is a plus. Working hours are 10:00 AM–7:00 PM with rotational weekends and incentives on performance.

- Good thought process & sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage.
