Job summary

ICICI Lombard in Navi Mumbai is seeking a telecalling executive to make outbound calls, engage warm website leads, understand customer requirements, and explain insurance products. You will sell policies and close sales while aiming to meet daily and monthly targets.

Build lasting relationships through proactive, customer-focused service. The role follows rotational shifts (9:30 AM to 7:00 PM), with 5 days of work per week and 2 rotational week-offs, offering a dynamic but structured work

• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Rotational shifts: 9:30 AM - 7:00 PM (Any 9.5hrs).
• 5 Days working per week.
• 2 rotational weekoffs.
