ICICI Lombard in Navi Mumbai invites applications for the role of Customer Retention Manager. This position focuses on outbound calling to renew insurance policies of existing customers and to achieve daily and monthly renewal and retention targets with attractive incentives.

Fresher candidates (12,500 INR in-hand + 2.10 LPA CTC) and experienced professionals (19,000 INR in-hand + 2.79 LPA CTC) are welcome, with immediate joiners preferred. Interviews scheduled from Sep 1 to Sep 16, 2026.
