Titan Company in Delhi seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to design and deliver training for store teams across the North region, focusing on product knowledge, sales capability, and behavioural coaching.
You will manage the LMS and coordinate with regional teams to ensure timely execution of induction programs, certifications, and learning events, while driving store performance and exceptional customer experiences.
1.Ensuring store preparedness for evolving retail store team & talent needs in the area of managing the store Ops and being in sync with business needs.
2.To closely work with the retail team and aligning to the regional and corporate training requirements.
3.To ensure Induction Training programs are completed for new employees in existing stores and for new store openings.
4.Hand-holding new stores – exclusive induction training and support in setting up the store operations.
5.To ensure L&D reports are shared with relevant stakeholders within Timelines.
6.Managing LMS – Knowledge Portal for the region. Ensuring the completion of learning modules by the store staff therein.
7.To ensure Product/Process/Behavioural training Programs are planned and executed within timelines.
8.To ensure Certification Programs are completed within timelines.
9.Organize and manage various Learning events for the region.
10.Handling regional requirement and projects.
11.Supporting the stores in the region to drive sales during key event/festival period such as Akshaya Tritiya, Dhanteras etc.
1.To ensure the store staff are trained on ZWOL to ensure world class service to the customers.
2.Conduct ZWOL Role Plays and coaching employees on the areas of improvement.
3.Monitor LMS data and ensure active/inactive data is maintained on a monthly basis.
4.Coordinate with ABM’s & RBM and ensure the training gaps are adhered store wise within the region.
5.Hold a Monthly Review Meeting on store training and effectiveness with the RBM and ABM’s sharing business and training insights, basis the trainings completed
