Job summary

Hirestaffs is seeking an energetic Retail Sales Executive for our Mumbai showroom. You will help customers choose laptops, desktops, gaming PCs and accessories, demonstrate features and drive sales with excellent service.

The role requires strong product knowledge, fluent English and Hindi, and the ability to meet daily targets while maintaining neat displays and smooth showroom operations.

Qualifications

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive who has good knowledge of Laptops, Computer Parts & Accessories and can drive sales through excellent product demonstration and customer service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• 1. Sales & Customer Service:Greet customers, understand their requirements [gaming, office use, student, editing etc.] and suggest the right product.Explain laptop specifications - Processor [i3/i5/i7/i9, Ryzen], RAM, SSD, Graphics Card, Display, etc. in simple language.Demonstrate products and accessories - Laptops, Mouse, Keyboards, SSDs, RAMs, Bags, Headphones.Achieve daily/monthly sales targets and push for up-selling & cross-selling.Handle billing, warranty explanation, and after-sales coordination.
• 2. Product & Inventory Knowledge:Stay updated with latest laptop models, pricing, and competitor offers.Check stock availability, arrange display, and maintain visual merchandising.Knowledge of Assembling Basics - RAM/SSD upgradation, Printer, CCTV setup is a plus.
• 3. Showroom Operations:Maintain cleanliness and proper display of the showroom.Handle customer queries on phone, WhatsApp, and walk-ins.Follow up with customers for quotations, delivery, and feedback.Coordinate with service centre for warranty/repair issues.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Technical Knowledge: Must have good knowledge of Laptop Configuration, Computer Parts [Motherboard, RAM, SSD, GPU, etc.], and brands.Sales Skills: Proven experience in retail sales, ability to close sales.Communication: Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Language. Presentable and polite.Personality: Customer-friendly, honest, punctual, and target-oriented.Basic Computer Skills: MS Excel, Billing Software, Email/WhatsApp.
