Heads Up For Tails (HUFT) is seeking a Senior Associate – Retail Sales to manage store operations in the absence of the manager. You will champion customer care, meet sales targets, and uphold brand standards while contributing to the company mission of improving the lives of pets and their families.

You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, maintaining merchandising quality, and staying informed about product information to better serve customers and drive store performance.

We are looking for a passionate and driven Senior Associate – Retail Sales to join our growing team at Heads Up For Tails. In this role, you will be responsible for all activities at the store in the absence of the assistant manager or store manager.

As a Senior Associate – Retail Sales, you will play a key role in the company brand representation, upholding the highest standards in carrying out daily functions. The Senior Associate – Retail Sales role involves providing exceptional customer care and achieving sales goals to ensure the store’s objectives on sales and profits are met, contributing directly to our mission of enhancing the lives of pets and their families.
