Job summary

Skyleaf Consultants seeks an experienced Retail Project Manager to lead end-to-end store development and fit-out projects for its luxury retail network across India, including Mumbai. You will drive openings, renovations, relocations, and refurbishments while coordinating with architects, contractors, landlords, and mall management.

The role requires hands-on expertise in MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel, with strong vendor and stakeholder management, budgeting, and contract negotiations

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Retail Projects or Store Development.
• Experience in Luxury Retail, Jewellery, Watches, Fashion, Lifestyle, or Premium Brands.
• Strong knowledge of retail fit-outs, interiors, MEP coordination, and mall approvals.
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, AutoCAD, and Advanced Excel.
• Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
