Job Description

• Lead end-to-end program management for new store openings
• Create rollout plans, timelines, and execution frameworks
• Coordinate with internal teams: real estate, design, procurement, operations
• Manage external vendors: contractors, architects, suppliers
• Track milestones, budgets, risks, and issue resolution
• Ensure brand standards and customer experience guidelines are met
• Drive process standardization for scalable store launches
• Deliver multiple store launches simultaneously across locations

The Successful Applicant

• 5-10+ years in retail expansion, project/program management, or store rollout
• Strong experience in multi-location launches (retail/QSR/hospitality preferred)
• Excellent stakeholder management and execution skills
• Ability to handle timelines, budgets, and cross-functional dependencies
• High ownership, structured thinking, and problem-solving mindset
• Comfortable with travel and on-ground execution
