Job summary

Gadgil And Sons in Pune is seeking an Architect Retail Store Design to join our Projects/Store Development team. You will design and execute retail store projects, prepare architectural drawings, and coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and contractors.

The role requires B.Arch, 1-3 years experience in retail or interior architecture, and proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Mandatory B.Arch degree.
• 1-3 years experience in retail, commercial, or interior architecture.
• Experience in jewellery or fashion retail projects preferred.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp/Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
• Knowledge of BOQ preparation and project execution.

Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural layouts, working drawings, and construction drawings.
• Design retail stores, kiosks, and renovation projects as per brand guidelines.
• Conduct site surveys, measurements, and feasibility assessments.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, consultants, and internal project teams.
• Review BOQs, material specifications, and project estimates.
• Monitor site execution to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion.
• Coordinate with MEP consultants for service integration.
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and fire safety norms.
• Resolve site-related design issues and provide technical support.
• Maintain project documentation, drawings, and as-built records.
