Job summary

Wonderla Holidays in India is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to oversee inventory and stock flow across park counters. Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth operations and product availability.

The role requires analyzing past sales, forecasting needs, and managing duty allocations and staffing. A commerce/retail management education and 2–3 years in retail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate in commerce, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in retail operations or inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Have experience in retail operations or inventory management, preferably in apparel or fashion retail coordinating with contractors and vendors.
• Thrive in fast - paced, high - footfall retail environment.
• Have basic understanding of visual merchandising stock flow and replenishment.
• Can track slow - moving and seasonal apparel items and support stock optimization.
• Ensure availability of Retail Merchandise for customers without shortfall in all counters across the park.
• Analysing past sales figures/trends to anticipate future product needs
• Analyse sales and revenue reports and make forecasts for each counter/location day wise/month wise
• Duty allocation and manpower management
