Job summary

Zodiac HR Consultants is seeking a dynamic retail sales professional for our Mumbai store. This role focuses on counter sales, customer engagement, and achieving sales targets in a fashion-forward environment.

The ideal candidate will have 1–6 years of experience in retail (apparel, clothing, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, luxury), strong KPI knowledge, and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.

Qualifications

• 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (apparel, clothing, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, luxury).
• Strong knowledge of KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for measuring sales success.
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
