Devyani International's KFC store in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and guest satisfaction. You will manage front-of-house and kitchen, ensure food quality, and uphold hygiene and safety standards.

The role demands strong leadership, cost control, inventory management, and the ability to drive sales through excellent service. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Qualifications

• Store Operations: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house operations, ensuring food quality, hygiene, and safety compliance.
• People Management: Hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate crew members and shift leaders.
• Financial & Business Performance: Track P&L statements, control labor/food costs, manage inventory, place supplier orders, and drive sales targets.
• Customer Service: Handle escalated guest complaints, maintain brand standards, and deliver a fast, friendly experience.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, timekeeping, and HR/safety compliance.

An RM in KFC should oversees all daily operations, staff performance, P&L (profit and loss) financials, and guest satisfaction of a store.

Preferred candidate profile

• Store Operations: Manage front-of-house and back-of-house (kitchen) operations, ensuring food quality, strict hygiene, and safety compliance.
• People Management: Hire, train, schedule, coach, and motivate crew members and shift leaders.
• Financial & Business Performance: Track P&L statements, control labor and food costs, manage inventory, place supplier orders, and drive sales targets.
• Customer Service: Handle escalated guest complaints, maintain brand standards, and deliver a fast, friendly experience.
• Administrative Duties: Oversee cash handling, daily deposits, timekeeping, and compliance with company human resources and local safety regulations

• Experience: Generally requires supervisory or managerial experience in the quick-service restaurant (QSR), retail, or hospitality industry.
• Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, delegate, and remain calm under high-pressure or fast-paced rushes.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer and software literacy (such as Microsoft Office / Excel) and familiarity with inventory or point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
