Sapphire Foods Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensure excellent service, supervise staff, and drive growth.

The role requires leadership, QSR or hospitality experience, and a proven ability to maintain quality and regulatory compliance. Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, staff training, cost control, inventory, hygiene, guest satisfaction, and coordinating with senior management to hit sales targets.

Competenze

• 2–6 years of experience in restaurant operations, QSR, or hospitality.
• Experience as Restaurant Manager, Assistant RM, or Shift Manager.
• Graduate in any discipline; hotel management qualification or IHM preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Good understanding of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, and cost control.
