Job summary

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Resourcing/Workforce Management Analyst for a six-month contract in Bengaluru. You will manage bench resources, forecast demand, coordinate with recruitment, and generate insights for leadership.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in resource management, strong MS Excel skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize utilization and reduce billing risk. Excellent communication is a must.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in resourcing/workforce management

• Exposure to bench management and demand forecasting helpful

Position: RMG Analyst (6 moths Contract)

Experience: 4+ Years

Job Responsibilities

• Bench management: Deploying resources within and outside of cluster at organization level with minimum turnaround time
• Assist resource & bench management practices to optimize resource planning and utilization reducing project risks and billing loss.
• Will be required to do Demand forecast & Resource Fulfilment, Bench Management and Resource connect, Talent Planning and Buffer Management, tracking billing, deployment, and attrition trends creating meaningful reports and insight for the management teams.
• Will also be responsible for maintaining employee skill database, timesheet compliance, and Bench/New joiners’ induction, understand current gaps to arrive at organizations re‑skilling and up‑skilling requirements.
• Creating and logging the requirement status request in RMG tool for tracking and sourcing profiles internally and coordinating with recruitment team for sourcing profiles externally.
• Holding weekly calls with the Portfolio Leads on demand fulfillment
• Providing the sourcing strategy within defined SLAs along with validating the demands and Updating the criticality of demands

Key Skills and Competencies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent knowledge of MS tools especially MS excel (advanced level of expertise is a must) to generate meaningful and timely reports.
• Able to understand and analyze data to arrive at insights.
