Job summary

Genpact is hiring a Resource Manager - Arabic to lead staffing for delivery teams and drive capacity planning. You will forecast demand, align billable resources, and manage partner resources to meet utilization and margin targets.

The role requires strong communication, independent working style, and comfort with data analytics and AI-enabled tools to optimize staffing and delivery outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead ongoing capacity forecasting and demand planning for the assigned segment, translating business needs into staffing plans.
• Review, prioritize, and execute staffing of resource requests to support project delivery and customer outcomes.
• Align staffing of billable personnel to maximize utilization targets while balancing skills and availability.
• Staff, engage, and monitor Impact Advisory Sessions and provide strategic guidance to customer Delivery teams.
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to Assigned Expert Services and Impact leaders.
• Develop sub-capacity partner framework to flex capacity in support of demand fluctuations.
• Source, negotiate, assign, and onboard partner resources; manage compliance and partner relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Staff and align billable talent to delivery demands while ensuring workforce stability and operational efficiency
• Lead ongoing capacity forecasting and demand planning for the assigned segment, translating business needs into actionable staffing plans
• Review, prioritize, and execute staffing of resource requests to support project delivery and customer outcomes
• Align staffing of billable personnel to maximize achievement of utilization targets while balancing skills, availability, and delivery risk
• Staff, engage, and monitor Impact Advisory Sessions and provide strategic guidance to customer Delivery teams
• Act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to assigned Expert Services and Impact leaders
• Develop and maintain a sub-capacity partner framework to flex capacity in support of demand fluctuations
• Source, negotiate, assign, and onboard partner resources in accordance with approved partner management processes; manage compliance and partner relationships
• Support visibility and administration of approved partner rate structures to ensure achievement of partner margin and financial targets
• Govern partner certifications and resource quality standards to ensure delivery excellence
• Lead and optimize internal utilization to balance capacity, profitability, and delivery efficiency
• Provide whitespace reporting and proactive capacity recommendations based on business requirements
• Use data and insights to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to utilization, capacity, partner mix, and staffing effectiveness
• Build trusted relationships with resources and assign work that supports career development and retention
• Support maintaining accurate and up-to-date skills inventories, resumes, and resource profiles in accordance with policy and tooling standards, ensuring data quality that supports AI-driven recommendations
• Serve as first-line escalation contact for internal staffing, performance, and partner-related delivery issues
• Make cost-effective staffing decisions, manage partner spend, and support margin improvement through skill fit
• Monitor and manage partner spend to remain within established targets and aligned to required capacity
• Leverage automation, AI-enabled tools, and analytics to improve staffing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and enable proactive decision-making
• Continuously identify opportunities to streamline and automate RM processes, improving speed, accuracy, and scalability
• Partner with Operations, Delivery Tech, and Analytics teams to evolve RM systems, workflows, and reporting capabilities
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and Delivery teams to support business outcomes

Qualifications we seek in you !

Arabic language proficiency at CEFR B2 level or higher is required, including the ability to support business communications, stakeholder inquiries, and operational issue resolution in Arabi
