Job summary

BlitzenX Solutions is seeking a Resource Manager to own allocation, utilization, deployment and capacity planning across the delivery organization. You will work with Delivery, Workforce Management, Recruiting and Business Leadership to place the right person in the right role at the right time.

The role is execution-heavy with dashboards and analytics to drive measurable outcomes. You will need 4–7 years in Resource/Workforce Management, experience in tech services or IT, strong Excel/data

BlitzenX is building a high-performance workforce operating model to support rapid growth across our Guidewire and insurance technology business.

We are looking for a Resource Manager who will own resource allocation, workforce utilization, deployment, and capacity planning across our delivery organization.

This is an execution-heavy role. You will work closely with Delivery, Workforce Management, Recruiting, and Business Leadership to ensure the right person is in the right role at the right time .

What You Will Own

• Manage resource allocation across active and upcoming projects.
• Maintain a real-time view of workforce capacity, availability, demand, utilization, and bench.
• Match available resources to project and client requirements based on skills, experience, location, and availability.
• Identify upcoming resource gaps and initiate staffing actions early.
• Minimize bench time and maximize billable utilization.
• Coordinate internal resource movements between projects.
• Work with delivery leaders to forecast resource demand and capacity.
• Track project ramp-ups, ramp-downs, releases, and upcoming staffing requirements.
• Partner with recruiters to translate workforce demand into specific hiring requirements.
• Ensure new hires are aligned to appropriate opportunities and deployed quickly.
• Maintain accurate workforce and allocation data in WROS and other relevant systems.
• Build dashboards and reports covering utilization, bench, demand, supply, and deployment.
• Identify workforce risks before they become delivery or revenue problems.
• Establish and enforce a disciplined resource allocation process across the organization.

What We're Looking For

• 4–7 years of experience in Resource Management, Workforce Management, Resource Allocation, or IT Services Operations .
• Experience managing resources in a technology services, IT services, consulting, or system integration environment.
• Strong understanding of utilization, bench management, project staffing, and capacity planning.
• Ability to work across multiple delivery teams and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical and Excel/data management skills.
• Experience with resource management systems, HRMS, ERP, or workforce management platforms.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to operate with urgency and make decisions based on data.
• Experience working with technology skills such as Java, Guidewire, QA, Business Analysis, Cloud, or other enterprise technology capabilities is a strong advantage.
