Tiki Farms Resort is seeking a Resort Manager to take overall charge of the property, overseeing accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B operations at Mai Kai Restaurant with a focus on guest experience and cost efficiency.

As the single point of accountability, you will report to the Director, drive brand standards for Tropical, Peaceful, and Personalised Hospitality, and lead teams across departments to ensure smooth daily operations and repeat guest visits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in hotel, resort, or lodge operations.
• Comfortable with on-site supervision and weekend work.

• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Tiki Farms Resort is seeking a Resort Manager to take overall charge of the property managing accommodation, housekeeping, maintenance, and administration, as well as Mai Kai Restaurant s F&B operations, service, and cost control. This is a senior on-site role: you will be the single point of accountability for guest experience, cost efficiency, and consistent service standards across both the resort and the restaurant, in line with Tiki Farms brand ethos of Tropical, Peaceful, and Personalised Hospitality. You will report directly to the Director on key decisions and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Handle Front Office and Guest Services
• Oversee Housekeeping across the entire resort property
• Conduct daily resort walkthroughs to ensure hygiene, maintenance, and aesthetic upkeep
• Maintain checklists for rooms, lawns, pathways, and facilities ensuring readiness before check-in
• Coordinate property maintenance (plumbing, electrical, landscape, pool, turf, etc.) with vendors or in-house technicians
• Monitor utility consumption and implement cost-saving practices
• Work closely with the Restaurant Chefs to ensure food quality, presentation, and timely service
• Supervise daily restaurant operations FOH (service, billing) + BOH (kitchen hygiene, stock, staff discipline)
• Coordinate with bar and kitchen teams for event days, picnics, and wedding catering
• Oversee inventory, purchase control, vendor management, and daily stock reconciliation
• Track F&B revenue and profitability metrics, coordinating with Accounts for accurate reporting
• Supervise and guide resort and restaurant staff across departments
• Conduct daily briefings, assign departmental tasks, and ensure grooming standards
• Implement training programs for service etiquette, hygiene, communication, and safety
• Maintain a culture of accountability and motivation aligned with Tiki Farms guest philosophy
• Ensure cost control across housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
• Approve daily purchase indents, verify GRNs, and coordinate with accounts for vendor payments
• Maintain inventory tracking sheets, stock audits, and consumption reports
• Handle basic administrative and HR functions attendance, duty rosters, and leave management
• Ensure compliance with legal norms (FSSAI, fire safety, hygiene audits, etc.)
• Personally interact with guests gather feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and encourage repeat visits
• Ensure Tiki Farms silent luxury guest experience is upheld calm, clean, and service-oriented
• Monitor online reviews (OTA, Google, social media) and coordinate with marketing for feedback response
• Support digital marketing initiatives event promotions, offers, and seasonal campaigns
• Work with Sales/Marketing to drive day picnics, events, weddings, and F&B promotions
• Assist in planning corporate bookings, retreats, and festive dining experiences
• Optimise occupancy and restaurant footfall through smart pricing and packaging
• Identify cross-selling opportunities between Resort and Restaurant (stay + dine packages)
• Prepare weekly management summary on cost performance and manpower status
• Coordinate between Mai Kai, Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Front Office teams to ensure operational sync
• Report directly to the Owner for key decisions and financial oversight

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in hotel, resort, homestay, or lodge operations
• Comfortable with physical supervision and daily property walkthroughs
• Willing to stay on-site and work weekends
• Practical, disciplined, and execution-oriented
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi
