The ideal candidate should possess a degree in Hotel Management and have a minimum of 2–3 years experience in resort operations. You will be supported with a competitive salary of ₹50,000/month and opportunities for career growth in a serene environment.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations, ensuring excellent guest service and property management.
• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping, kitchen, front office, and maintenance teams.
• Manage guest check‑ins/check‑outs and resolve service‑related issues efficiently.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment; coordinate procurement as needed.
• Handle back‑office operations, including documentation, billing, vendor management, and reporting.
• Organize guest activities, events, and safari/camp experiences.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and hospitality standards.
• Maintain strong communication with management and provide regular reports.
• Train and motivate staff to deliver consistent, high‑quality service.
