Tisya Stays in Goa is seeking an Operations Executive – Housekeeping to lead the housekeeping team and ensure every property is guest-ready at all times. You will manage scheduling, training, and daily operations while upholding premium service standards.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in housekeeping operations, experience with hotels or luxury stays, and a proactive, detail-oriented approach to ownership and delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations.
• Prior experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high-end stays preferred.
• Strong operational discipline with a sharp eye for detail.
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end housekeeping operations across all properties.
• Schedule, train, and manage housekeeping staff daily.
• Conduct property readiness checks before guest check-in.
• Manage inventory of linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities.
• Maintain SOPs and ensure strict adherence to quality standards.
• Coordinate with operations and guest experience teams on turnovers and special requests.
• Identify and escalate maintenance issues proactively.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Operations Executive – Housekeeping, you will be responsible for ensuring all properties are guest-ready at all times. You'll lead and manage the housekeeping team, maintain quality standards across properties, and work closely with the operations lead to continuously raise the bar on presentation, cleanliness, and service delivery.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

• End-to-end housekeeping operations across all Tisya Stays properties
• Scheduling, training, and day-to-day management of housekeeping staff
• Property readiness checks before every guest check-in
• Inventory management — linen, consumables, cleaning supplies, and amenities
• Maintaining SOPs and ensuring consistent adherence to quality standards
• Coordinating with the operations and guest experience team on turnovers and special requests
• Identifying and escalating maintenance issues proactively

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3–4 years of experience in housekeeping operations
• Prior experience in hotels, resorts, luxury villas, or high-end stays preferred
• Strong operational discipline with a sharp eye for detail
• Proven ability to manage and motivate a housekeeping team
• Proactive, reliable, and execution-oriented — someone who takes ownership
• Ability to manage multiple properties and work in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills; basic proficiency in English or Hindi is a plus
