Job summary

Tiki Farms Resort in Karjat, Maharashtra, seeks a hands-on Housekeeping Supervisor to lead daily housekeeping operations across the 8-acre property. You will supervise the team, ensure spotless guest areas, manage SOPs, and coordinate basic MEP reporting as the on-site anchor when the Director is away.

The role requires a proactive, property-pride driven individual who can supervise across zones and maintain high cleanliness standards, with on-site staff housing provided and weekend duty.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping.
• Supervisory or team leader experience is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and MEP coordination.
• Willing to stay on-site (staff accommodation provided) and work weekends.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping staff and manage daily cleaning operations across the property.
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all zones: guest rooms, bungalows, restaurant, kitchen, staff rooms, pantry, pool area, lawns, amenities, toilets, and common spaces.
• Conduct daily room inspections and property walkthroughs before guest check-ins.
• Manage linen inventory, guest amenities, and housekeeping supplies.
• Allocate daily tasks to housekeeping staff and monitor performance and discipline.
• Implement and maintain housekeeping SOPs, checklists, and hygiene standards.
• Identify and report MEP maintenance issues; coordinate with technicians and property support for resolution.
• Respond promptly to guest housekeeping requests and handle complaints professionally.
• Train housekeeping attendants on cleaning procedures, chemical use, and hygiene standards.
• Act as on-site property coordinator in the Director's absence ensuring all departments are functioning, guests are attended to, and issues are escalated appropriately.
• Maintain daily housekeeping log and share updates with management via WhatsApp.

Tiki Farms Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily housekeeping operations across its 8-acre boutique resort property. This is a senior on-site role you will lead and supervise the housekeeping team, maintain cleanliness standards across all zones, implement SOPs, coordinate basic MEP maintenance reporting, and serve as the on-site property anchor when the Director is not present. The role requires someone physically present, proactive, and who takes genuine pride in property upkeep.

Location: Karjat, Maharashtra

Responsibilities

• Supervise all housekeeping staff and manage daily cleaning operations across the property
• Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of all zones: guest rooms, bungalows, restaurant, kitchen, staff rooms, pantry, pool area, lawns, amenities, toilets, and common spaces

Requirements

• Minimum 3 5 years of experience in hotel or resort housekeeping
• Supervisory or team leader experience is mandatory
• Basic knowledge of facility maintenance and MEP coordination
• Comfortable with physical supervision and daily property walkthroughs across a large property
• Willing to stay on-site (staff accommodation provided) and work weekends
• Languages: English, Hindi, Marathi

Working pattern
