Job summary

Happinesscue is seeking a Residential Leasing Executive to join our client-driven team across Delhi NCR, Gurugram and Noida. You will handle lead follow-up, customer handling and property presentation, working with CRM to maintain records and reports.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years' experience, strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to own routine responsibilities after training. The role may require occasional weekends depending on workload.

• As Residential Leasing Executive, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with lead follow-up, customer handling, site coordination, property presentation, CRM.
• This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.
• The role is suitable for candidates with 1-4 years and is based across Delhi NCR / Gurugram / Noida.
• The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.
• Depending on the client and peak workload, occasional weekend work or extended hours may be required.
• The ideal candidate should communicate clearly, be organised and take ownership of routine responsibilities after initial training.
