Job summary

HappinessCue is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive in the Delhi NCR region (Gurugram/Noida) to manage day-to-day lead follow-up, customer handling, site coordination, and CRM upkeep. The role requires clear communication, organization, and ownership of routine tasks after initial training.

Ideal candidates have 1–4 years of experience in customer-facing roles and will interact with colleagues, customers, vendors, and partners to complete assigned activities on time.

• This is a client assignment being coordinated through HumanConnect Services.
• As Customer Relationship Executive
• Real Estate, you will handle day-to-day responsibilities connected with lead follow-up, customer handling, site coordination, property presentation, CRM.
• This includes coordinating assigned work, responding to relevant enquiries, maintaining records and reports, following up with stakeholders and ensuring that agreed activities are completed on time.
• The role is suitable for candidates with 1-4 years and is based across Delhi NCR / Gurugram / Noida.
• The work is practical and team-oriented, with regular interaction with colleagues, customers, vendors, partners or other stakeholders depending on the assignment.
