Qualifications

• 15 years of relevant experience in mechanical design activities.

• Supervised installation of pumps and related equipment.

Responsibilities

• Review Mechanical GAD, technical specifications, and data sheets.
• Supervise equipment installation and testing for STP.
• Conduct review meetings and prepare monthly progress reports.

Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Review of Mechanical GAD, technical specification, QAP, Data sheet
• Supervision of equipment installation, testing and commissioning for STP
• Factory inspection, testing and clearance as per approved QAP
• Supervision of Installation of Cranes, SS and MS Piping, Gates, Valves, Pumps, screens and other process and non process equipment for STP
• Knowledge of sludge treatment, digester, Gas engine
• Conduct review meetings
• Certification of contractor’s bill as per approved billing breakup
• Preparation of monthly progress report

Experience in review and supervision of mechanical equipment works at pump stations / Treatment plants and other facilities of Water/sewage treatment plants.

Minimum of 2 STPs of capacity not less than 50 MLD.

Relevant experience of fifteen (15) years in design activities of mechanical discipline in sewerage and water supply projects.

Total professional experience of twenty (20) years.

Qualifications

Minimum BE Mechanical.
