A leading engineering company is seeking a Resident Engineer – Mechanical in Mumbai. The role involves reviewing technical specifications, supervising equipment installations at sewage treatment plants, and managing contractor certifications. Required qualifications include a BE in Mechanical Engineering and 15 years of relevant mechanical discipline experience. Candidates with strong backgrounds in water supply projects and STPs are encouraged to apply. Immediate joining preferred.

• 15 years of relevant experience in mechanical discipline for sewerage and water supply projects.
• Experience with at least 2 STPs of minimum capacity 50 MLD.
• Total professional experience of 20 years.

Responsabilidades

• Review Mechanical GAD, technical specifications, QAP, and data sheets.
• Supervise equipment installation and commissioning for STP.
• Conduct review meetings and certification of the contractor’s bill.

With 8,000 experts across 13 countries, Assystem supports the development of low-carbon energy.## Job Description* Review of Mechanical GAD, technical specification, QAP, Data sheet* Supervision of equipment installation, testing and commissioning for STP* Factory inspection, testing and clearance as per approved QAP* Supervision of Installation of Cranes, SS and MS Piping, Gates, Valves, Pumps, screens and other process and non process equipment for STP* Knowledge of sludge treatment, digester, Gas engine* Conduct review meetings* Certification of contractor’s bill as per approved billing breakup* Preparation of monthly progress reportExperience in review and supervision of mechanical equipment works at pump stations / Treatment plants and other facilities of Water/sewage treatment plants.
