Responsibilities

• Review of Mechanical GAD, technical specification, QAP, Data sheet
• Supervision of equipment installation, testing and commissioning for STP
• Factory inspection, testing and clearance as per approved QAP
• Supervision of installation of cranes, SS and MS piping, gates, valves, pumps, screens and other process and non-process equipment for STP
• Knowledge of sludge treatment, digester, gas engine
• Conduct review meetings
• Certification of contractor’s bill as per approved billing breakup
• Preparation of monthly progress report

Experience and qualifications

• Experience in review and supervision of mechanical equipment works at pump stations / treatment plants and other facilities of water/sewage treatment plants
• Minimum of 2 STPs of capacity not less than 50 MLD
• Fifteen (15) years of relevant experience in design activities of mechanical discipline in sewerage and water supply projects
• Total professional experience of twenty (20) years
