Project Name: Project Management Consultancy Services (PMC) for Construction of Double line electrified Railway Track with signalling and telecommunication system and related infrastructure for the Western Dedicated Freight Corridor Project.
Functional Area: Resident Engineer (Civil)
Location: Navi Mumbai, India
Duration: 18 months

Qualification: Minimum B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering
Overall Professional Experience: The Candidate Shall have minimum 15 years’ of total experience in civil works on IR/Metro and / or other railway projects.
Experience in similar position: 10 years of relevant experience towards RE or equivalent positions.
Preferred Age: Below 60 years.
Responsibilities
- Functional Role: Task to be carried out by RE (Civil) shall include but not limited to Project Management Support / Programme Management.
- Monitoring and Supervision of Implementation of Updated Environmental Management.
- Comply with the provision DFCCIL IT System.
- Handover right of access; Conduct routine field supervision works; Carry out regular site inspection.
- Confirm stakeout furnished by contractor; Recommend acceptance or rejection of completed works.
- Verify stage completion of permanent work executed and check payment certificate.
- Issue Non-objection certificate; Participate in the final construction inspection.
- Support testing and commissioning; Integrated as built drawings prepared by the contractors.
- Prepare integrated periodical reports; Scrutinize registration of daily consumption of materials.
- Monitor various activities/output of design and construction activities to be maintained by contractor; Reporting (Daily Report, Weekly progress report, Monthly progress report).
- Reporting to CRE/Dy. CRE and OC India HO.
Qualifications
- Minimum B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering.
- 15 years of total professional experience in civil works on IR/Metro and/or other railway projects.
- 10 years of relevant experience towards RE or equivalent positions.
