Job summary

Sysnet is seeking a Resident Engineer for onsite IT support in Navi Mumbai. You will troubleshoot desktops/laptops, handle hardware replacements, resolve Outlook and email issues, and fix Windows OS and printer problems.

The role targets graduates with hands-on hardware/IT experience, within a system integration and service environment in India.

Qualifications

• UG: Any Graduate is acceptable.
• Experience handling onsite IT support and hardware issues.
• Proficient in Outlook, Windows OS and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT support for desktops and laptops.
• Troubleshoot hardware, printers and peripherals.
• Resolve Outlook/email issues and Windows OS faults.
