Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair desktop and laptop hardware including motherboard, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, and displays.
• Repair, replace and upgrade components and test systems before delivery.
• Conduct preventive maintenance and document services for customers and internal teams.
• Manage inventory and procurement of hardware components.
• Provide technical support to clients and internal staff.

Responsibilities

Diagnose and resolve hardware issues in desktops, laptops, and peripherals. Repair, replace, and upgrade components including motherboards, RAM, HDDs/SSDs, screens, and other hardware parts. Assemble/disassemble systems, ensuring configuration compatibility. Conduct preventive maintenance to optimize system performance. Test repaired systems thoroughly before delivery. Manage inventory and timely procurement of hardware components. Collaborate effectively with team members on complex hardware repairs. Document all services and repairs comprehensively. Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
