Job summary

Union Living is seeking a Residence Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our residential properties and deliver an outstanding resident experience. This role requires a highly organized, customer-focused professional who can coordinate with multiple stakeholders and drive service excellence across the residence.

You will lead on-ground teams across housekeeping, security, and maintenance, while ensuring timely resolution of resident concerns and high standards of service quality.

• Prepare operational reports and ensure smooth communication with management.

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is preferred.

• This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai/ Pune/ Gurgaon
• Compensation will be determined based on the candidate's skills, experience, and overall fit for the role.
