Job summary

Accor is seeking a Reservations Agent in India to welcome guests and reflect the high standards of our brand. You will handle room reservations, assist guests with information and special requests, and ensure accurate data entry in our system.

Ideal candidates have experience with Opera PMS, strong English language skills, and a guest-focused mindset. This role offers opportunities for growth within Accor’s global portfolio and learning programs.

Qualifications

• Guest focused personality is essential.
• Experience working with Opera or a related system.
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.
• Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus.
• Experience is an asset.

• Consistently offer exceptional, friendly and engaging service.
• Ensure the best selection for the guest and maximize revenue through up-selling.
• Recommend property facilities and assist guests with information and special requests.
• Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists, and update information in the system.
