• Review of all product related reference standards and implement the recommendations in our products.
• Explore new alternate materials for performance improvement in existing product series.
• Analysis of market requirements, need of project, market assessment
• Competitor's products analysis & comparison with our product, tear down analysis, blue printing
• Preparation of draft product specifications for management approval
• New concept/ alternatives generation/selection, tentative product/project costing for management approval
• Selected concept detailing for prototype and prototype development
• Prototype testing, result analysis, proof of concept analysis.
