Job summary

Lumax Mannoh Allied Technologies Limited in Gurugram is seeking a design engineer to support product development. You will prepare 2D drawings, assess feasibility of new designs per customer requirements, and benchmark products.

The role also involves creating technical 3D proposals, new product design with CAE analysis, and collaborating on DFMEA and BOM preparation for prototyping and mass production.

Responsibilities

• 1.2D Drawing Preparation
• Check Feasibility for new design as per customer requirement.
• Product Benchmarking.
• Prepare Technical 3D Proposal as per Customer requirement.
• New Product design. CAE Analysis.
• tolerance Stickup study for New Design Tech Review / Spec Review with Customer
• Check the feasibility concern raised by Tool supplier & Part supplier.
• ECN / ECR Activity Participate / Prepare DFMEA Activity for product Design Prepare initial proto BOM, Pre BOM & Mass production BOM & share to development team
