Job summary

Honour Lab Limited is seeking a dedicated professional for process development and technology transfer. The role focuses on laboratory-scale development of new molecules, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth transfer of validated processes to pilot and manufacturing plants.

The candidate will report to senior management and maintain laboratory infrastructure, ensuring compliance and readiness for scale-up across laboratory, pilot plant, and production environments.

Qualifications

• Experience in process development for APIs or pharmaceutical compounds.
• Experience with laboratory scale experiments and data analysis.
• Familiarity with technology transfer to manufacturing sites.
