Job summary

Mana Pharma in Hyderabad is seeking a RD Technology Transfer Trainee to support transfer of processes from RD to manufacturing. You will assist with documentation, scale-up trials and data collection, coordinating with RD, Production and QA/QC teams.

The role offers full-time employment for 0-2 years with freshers welcome. You will work closely with engineering batches, ensure GMP compliance and maintain data integrity during transfers.

Qualifications

• Qualification in pharma or chemical engineering fields as listed.

Responsibilities

• Support technology-transfer activities from RD to manufacturing.
• Assist preparation and maintenance of transfer documents, protocols and reports.
• Support scale-up, plant trials and engineering batches.
• Coordinate with RD, Production, QA/QC and Engineering teams.
• Track materials, equipment and resource requirements for trials.
• Collect and organize process data, observations and analytical results.
• Support identification of process gaps, technical issues and deviations.
• Prepare trial summaries, action trackers and follow-up reports.
• Follow GMP, safety, documentation and data-integrity requirements.
