Job summary

Sarthee Consultancy in Vadodara invites applications for an R&D Trainee to support developmental projects related to catalysts and adsorbents. The role offers hands-on exposure to fixed bed test units and analytical techniques, with a focus on safety and quality.

You will evaluate catalyst performance, operate test units, record daily results, coordinate with colleagues, and participate in 24-hour reactor operations and shift work. Freshers with suitable motivation may be considered.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Chemical Engineering required.
• 0-3 years of experience; minimum 1 year experience with fixed bed catalyst testing unit preferred.
• Freshers may be considered if experienced candidates are unavailable.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate performance of developmental and commercial catalysts/adsorbent materials.
• Operate fixed bed catalyst/adsorbent test units and analyze reaction products using Gas Chromatographs.
• Maintain proper records of daily experimental work and report periodically to supervisor/stakeholders.
• Coordinate with concerned personnel for upkeep of analytical equipment, test units, and fixed bed reactors.
• Coordinate with team members and other departments for 24-hour operation of Reactor Unit.
• Willingness to work in shifts for reactor operation and monitoring.
