Job summary

• Evaluate and establish new materials
• Improve cost efficiency and mix performance
• Develop training materials and tools
• Conduct technical training programs
• Support Marketing, QC, Operations, and service providers
• Assist QC teams in resolving technical issues
• Support process improvements and quality enhancement
• Coordinate with city quality teams for operational support
