This candidate will primarily be responsible for the operation, cleaning and maintenance of the Vial / Device Packing machines & Serialization i.e. Labelling, Blister Packing, Temper Evident & Cartonator efficiently in GMP environment.

Job Responsibilities / Deliverables
- To perform the equipment and machine operations as per the SOP.
- Operation, cleaning and maintenance of the Labelling, Blister Packing, Temper Evident, serialization & Cartonator machines for Nasal section.
- Calibration of the balances and other instruments.
- Should be able to do troubleshooting of wrinkle on labels, alignment of labels, adjustment of label sensor, forming issue, sealing issue, feeding issue, leak test failure, carton forming & closing issue, carton travel issue, glue dispenser issue, tamper pasting issue, tamper presence sensor adjustment, etc.
- Online recording of the activity in the BMR/BPR and logbooks.
- To ensure safety during device loading, operation.
- Monitors rejection and ensures minimal rejections and losses during the packing.
- Follow the supervisor instructions to achieve departmental goal.
- To report any incident or violation of GMP act to immediate supervisor.
- To maintain the c‑GMP environment in manufacturing and filling area.
- Provide ideas for process and machine improvements.
Qualifications & Pre‑Requisites
- D. Pharm/ ITI/DME/DEE.
- Total experience of 5+ years in Nasal / ophthalmic / Injectable formulation.
- Should have good experience in operation of hi‑tech machines with robotic and PLC controls, preferably Marchesini, Brothers labeler / Accupack / Pampack / IMAPG / IC-150 / CAM / CVC Labeler.
- Candidates can be hired preferably from Cipla / Glenmark / Aurobindo / Dr. Reddy’s / Indoco Remedies / Accent Pharma.
Additional Notes
- Role is expected to work in all shifts.
- Exposure of regulatory audits - USFDA, MHRA, TGA, ANVISA etc.
- Knowledge of safe acts and behaviors and compliance to safety.
- Good communication skills to communicate with coworkers & supervisors.
- High level of personal and workplace hygiene and compliance.
