Job summary

Mployee.me in Delhi, NCR is seeking a Senior NPD Manager to lead new product development and production engineering for CNC/VMC machining. The role centers on process development, tooling planning, and smooth transitions from development to mass production while meeting quality, cost, and delivery targets.

You will coordinate with multiple teams (production, quality, design, and purchase) to optimize processes, reduce cycle times, and drive productivity improvements, all under ISO/IATF quality

Qualifications

• Experience in leading New Product Development (NPD) and production engineering for CNC/VMC machining.
• Knowledge of PPAP, APQP and customer approvals.
• Strong emphasis on quality, cost and delivery targets.
• Experience with ISO/IATF quality standards and process optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product development from drawing review to production readiness.
• Conduct feasibility analysis and process planning for CNC/VMC machining.
• Develop machining processes, cycle times, and production routing.
• Design and approve tooling, jigs, and fixtures for new components.
• Support PPAP, APQP, and customer approvals.
• Coordinate with production, quality, design, and purchase teams.
• Improve productivity through process optimization and cycle time reduction.
• Ensure compliance with ISO / IATF quality standards.
