Job summary

Jobnath is seeking an experienced Head/GM-HR to lead human resources, IR and administration for its engineering and manufacturing locations. You will plan, direct and coordinate HR activities across multiple sites, driving strategy and operational excellence.

The role requires MBA/PGDBM in HR or related field, with experience in engineering/construction domains, willingness to travel, and a proven ability to manage complex, multi-location HR deployments.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDBM in HR or equivalent
• MSW/MLW acceptable for multi-location HR roles
• Experience in engineering/construction domain preferred

Desired Candidate Profile

PGDBM / MBA HR / MHRM / MSW / MLW having experience in engineering / construction domain. Should be independently taking care of multiple locations. Must be well versed with latest HR tools and computerised environment. Should be willing to travel.
