Lead, manage, and evaluate the IB Diploma Programme (IBDP) for Grades 11–12, ensuring strict compliance with IBO standards, core components, and high academic performance.
IB Compliance: Serve as primary liaison with the IBO; manage IBIS registrations, moderation submissions, and official IB evaluation cycles.
Core Components: Oversee Theory of Knowledge (TOK), Creativity, Activity, Service (CAS), and Extended Essay (EE).
Faculty Leadership: Mentor teachers, organize official IB professional development workshops, and conduct classroom observations.
Student Guidance: Advise students on subject choices, monitor academic progress, and conduct orientation sessions for parents.
Education: Master's degree in Education/Academic discipline + B.Ed / M.Ed.
Experience: 3–5 years of experience as an IBDP Coordinator or Assistant DPC in an IB World School.
Skills: Expertise in IBO regulations, IBIS, ManageBac, and strong leadership communication skills.
