Job summary

Anmol Feeds Pvt. Ltd. in Kolkata invites a results-driven Recovery Officer (Corporate) with 3–7 years of experience in corporate recovery, outstanding payments, and arbitration to join our finance team.

You will follow up with corporate customers, monitor ageing reports, handle legal notices and arbitration, and coordinate with sales, accounts, finance, and legal to accelerate recovery. Immediate joining preferred.

Based in Newtown office, you will work six days a week from our Kolkata location.

Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Law or a relevant qualification will be an added advantage.
• 3–7 years of relevant experience in corporate recovery and outstanding payment collection.
• Prior experience in a bank recovery cell or recovery department of a manufacturing company is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with corporate customers, dealers, and business partners for outstanding payments and overdue recoveries.
• Manage and monitor recovery cases, ageing reports, and pending receivables.
• Handle recovery-related legal notices, arbitration matters, and dispute resolution in coordination with the legal team and external advocates.
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, finance, and legal departments to resolve payment disputes and accelerate recovery.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with defaulting customers and develop effective recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of outstanding dues, recovery commitments, payment status, and case progress.
• Assist in initiating legal proceedings and arbitration for long-pending or disputed payments.
• Prepare periodic recovery reports and update management on recovery performance.
• Visit customers, when required, to discuss outstanding payments and facilitate settlements.
• Ensure timely resolution of recovery cases while maintaining professional relationships with customers.

• Good negotiation, communication, follow-up, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and recovery reporting.

Candidate Requirements

• Must be based in Kolkata, West Bengal.
• Must be willing to work from our Newtown, Kolkata office, 6 days a week.
• Must be available to join immediately or within 15 days.
