Job summary

Agarwal Estates in Bengaluru is seeking a dynamic Rental Executive to manage residential leasing transactions, source rental mandates, coordinate property visits and negotiate with tenants and landlords.

You will close leases, ensure smooth communication through the rental cycle and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants while tracking market trends.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills; target-oriented; experience in residential rentals or real estate preferred.
