Job Description

• Source residential and commercial properties available for sale or rent.
• Identify potential properties through property owners, brokers, referrals and market research.
• Post, manage and regularly update property listings on online real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks, Housing.com and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate with property owners, brokers, prospective tenants, buyers and other stakeholders.
• Respond to property enquiries and provide accurate information regarding availability, pricing and other details.
• Understand client requirements and suggest suitable properties.
• Schedule and coordinate property site visits with clients.
• Follow up with prospective clients and property owners to facilitate leasing and sales transactions.
• Maintain a database of properties, enquiries, client details and follow-up status.
• Negotiate with property owners and clients to facilitate mutually acceptable terms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, brokers and property owners.
• Support the end-to-end leasing process, including documentation coordination and transaction follow-ups.
• Work towards assigned targets for property sourcing, client conversion and leasing closures.

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the real estate industry.
• Experience in residential and commercial leasing will be preferred.
• Practical knowledge of property sourcing and client coordination.
• Experience managing listings on real estate portals such as 99acres, MagicBricks and Housing.com.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
