Job summary

Angel and Genie Bengaluru is seeking a Renewal specialist with Palo Alto Renewal Experience to drive contract and subscription renewals for SaaS products. You will coordinate with sales and operations to maintain renewal pipelines and minimize churn in a channel-driven environment.

• Education & Experience: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree with 13+ years of experience in account management, sales operations, or contract renewals (SaaS or channel ecosystems).
• System Skills: Strong proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Excel or data management software.
• Soft Skills: Excellent negotiation, cross-functional coordination, and written/verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pipeline Management: Track and forecast renewal aging, backlog, and close rates across various distributor cohorts using CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Quote Generation: Prepare, validate, and issue timely renewal quotes to distributors well in advance of contract expiration dates.
• Partner Enablement: Work directly with channel partners to execute renewals efficiently, enforce pricing governance, and resolve potential blockers.
• Forecasting & Reporting: Provide ongoing visibility into renewal sentiment, opportunity stages, and monthly linearity to internal stakeholders

A Distribution Renewal Team is responsible for driving contract or subscription renewals, software licenses, and maintenance agreements through partner and distributor channels. They ensure volume, maintain renewal pipelines, and minimize customer churn by coordinating with sales and operational teams
